Daisy Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Daisy

'Obi nhuhu na obi nkeka'!
Pregnancy grows up front for the people to see and,
You can't hide it from the public as well;
So, try to understand your status and be straight.

At 36 you have 9 children already and,
How many children should we expect from you when you are 42?

There is urine and pepper in my soup for me to drink,
And with the sadness taken from your protruded stomach;
But do not be pig-ignorant to the facts before you.

Daisy my friend,
Pregnancy grows up than you think;
So, try to understand your status as at now and be straight.
