'Daddy Dearest'
Dear Daddy Dearest,
why do you always seem so stressed,
always worried, always disappointed...
In me.
I do the things you ask me to,
and avoid the ones you don't.
I try to please you
but I never succeed.
I try to make you proud,
but in the end, all you ever do
is frown.
So please Daddy Dearest,
can you tell me with complete
honesty,
why your always so disappointed
in me?

i love this poem i know how u feel my mom seems to always be disappointed in me yet she wont say it. i was in a poetry contest and me and my bff put together my poems and the theme was parents who didnt seem to care i think you should read some of her poems u might really like them. one of her dad poems is 'daddy's doing' her first name is Nicole. but i love this poem
