Désert Urbain

C'est un désert

Urbain

Qui s'articule

Entre le silence

Et l'in communication

Les hommes actifs

Vont et viennent

Sans paroles échangées

Dans de longs véhicules

Qui glissent

Serpents lumineux

indivis

On s'y sent seul

Parfois

(English translation by Nicolas Fleurot -

Traduction en anglais par Nicolas Fleurot) :

Urban Desert

It's an urban

Desert

Which spreads

Between silence

And un-communication

Active men

Come and go

No words exchanged

In long vehicles

That slide

Like undivided

Snakes of light

Sometimes

You feel alone.

EVEN such is Time, that takes in trust

And pays us but with earth and dust;
