Curtains And Windows Poem by Ivan Chizurum Ezeigbo

Curtains And Windows

Rating: 4.5

Windows and curtains
Most times, I rely on you
To purge away this tearful heart

Curtains and windows
Windows and curtains
The two of you must bear witness
Of how much flowers hurt so bad

Curtains and windows
Windows and curtains
You two were present
Yet silent to the ill treatment she gave me

Curtains and windows
Windows and curtains
It is not right to hate
Is it right to love?
Just because I still do
