Curse Poem by Jensen Hood

Curse

Into this world with a curse upon my name
For wherever I walk I coward in fear
People turning their heads to judge
Different people different faces
I did not bring life to myself
I cannot erase what you see
I'm not a monster I'm not a beast
I'm just being me
For acceptance is the key to joy
Which is why I stand upside down
Just a scared lonely girl
Living alone with a constant frown
Please help me, take my soul away
Afraid and alone is what I am
Make me part of your life
Don't kill me in the process
Help me change I know I will
Of that I am sure
In front you I'll stand still
While we figure my cure
