Cupids Cloud Poem by Paul McAnaney

Cupids Cloud

O my god her beauty astounds me,
Her sweet smile confounds me,
Impounds me within a prism,
A prism of love.

O my god her love shines so
gloriously bright,
Sets my heart alight,
Completely restrains every ounce
of my fight,

O my god thank you for blessing me
with her wonderous sight,
For allowing me to taste her tender delight,
For making me feel as if i could take flight.
