Close your eyes and
think
Open your mind and
look
Look at what you see
inside
keeping your eyes
closed
Closed to the visual world
outside
Listen to all the sounds
around you
Smell all the smells
nearby
And taste their aroma
Reach out and feel the feel
of nothingness
Dream
Let your mind relax
as if in a fog
A haze has surrounded you
and
you are nowhere
anywhere
everywhere
You are on the ground
floating on a cloud
crossing an ocean
You are one with nature
one with yourself
You are dreaming
the dream
on reality
creatively
and
creatively
dreaming
reality
