Crashing Goodbye Poem by Sans Serif

Crashing Goodbye

Rating: 4.5

I apologize
For not being there
To speak,
For not being there
To love.
I thought you
Would forget me,
I hoped it would,
Hoping that you
Would be the one
To protest my Love,
Detest my name,
And forget my face.
You did.
Now I stare
Through the
Hole you put
Through my
Heart,
Hoping you
Would be
The one to come
Back and heal it.
I wait, pouring
My crimson love.
Wasting away
