Covenant Between My Lord And I Poem by Young Church Poetry

Covenant Between My Lord And I

Rating: 5.0

The covenant between my Lord
And I, travel Drakensberg mountains
In search for the right life direction
Never forgetting to honor Him
Even when the mountains are too harsh
Never forgetting to praise Him
Even when exhaustion takes place

His land should flatten up to farm
If only I bail out of a crooked path

The tests and temptations of
The City of Gauteng must come and go
The covenant between my Lord
And I, experience dark and bright sides
Through all, honor Him
And never forget who I am for
Through all, praise him
And never forget His beautiful way

The covenant between my Lord
And I, isn't skiing down the mountains
Of Mokhotlong as I please
But receive ripe apples after hard work
Share the goods with His people
And never forget the covenant
Live the dream of the covenant
Sounds like a duty not to flee from
'I grant you Happiness', the Covenant.
