Little country tidbits make life
So much better, it’s true
Getting together and talking
Is important for me and you

Casual meetings from time to time
A breakfast, a lunch or then
A Saturday night dance
Really adds to the blend

Farming brings conversation
Important to country life
For it’s really hard work and so
We may discuss country strife

Country history is fun as well
To talk about to another
Share thoughts and ideas
To you sister, dad or brother

A picnic in the summertime
Brings families all together
Ah, don’t you just love
Wonderful sunny weather?

All these things I think
Are truly exciting hits
Nothing is more fun than
All these country tidbits!
