Correct Me, Please Do Poem by Hebert Logerie

Correct Me, Please Do

Correct me, if I am wrong
In the past, I've played that song
For you. Now, I am encouraging you
To correct me, ‘cause I am human too.

I've made countless mistakes
I've committed numerous errors
Oh! Yeah, I've laughed at the fakes
Who had ignored their endeavors.

Correct me, I am wrong again
If you don't, you won't go to heaven
You will rot deep in hell
With a giant devil.

Do not be afraid to correct
To either criticize,
Castigate or terrorize me
Because I am not perfect
Please use your wits and your size
And correct me, moi, like a belligerent baby.

Guess what, I just did it again
I just wrote it again
Behind the palm tree
I just made the same mistakes again.
