Cookies Crumble Poem by Noah Body

Cookies crumble
Windows shatter
For what reason
It doesn't matter

Winter comes
The world dies
Ever away
The dream flies

Stars fall
From the sky
The sun dips
From on high

The worms crawl
In the dirt
The scars cause
So much hurt

Death becomes me
As I become him
Im hovering on
The cliff's rim

Satan rules
Over it all
For peace and sanity
I just can't call

Rot and disease
Darkness and pain
Run down around me
Like pouring rain

The grave calls
To me it sings
A melodious chant
Throughout me rings

Come hither and yon
O'er mountain and glen
Someday it will end
And I know just when
