A distant thunder
Causing one to wonder
How far can life's lightning reach
And how long can i taste
This peach?

Am i made for thee
And mortality me?
Mortality the thief

How i shudder
To hear that thunder
Must have to be
A sort blunder

And they ask about Love
If you've ever seen it?
