Conspiracy / Dark Angel - Poem by Lilly Emery

Conspiracy / Dark Angel

Conspiracy orange tired eyes
Dry upon the table constant longing for this pain to go away
From dusk until daylight with you in my mind
My heart busted with pains of a nasty heartache,
Your arms that I wish only to embrace.

Why do I even try to forget you,
This pain runs deep like the Mediterranean Sea
There is no end to you this my heart can see.
When I think of you most is every September you are not with me
This makes my heart bleed

When the world becomes dark and still,
My mind finds itself back in to your big brown dark eyes another time,
Absorbed in thoughts of you and I,
I constant ache,
A constant dry thirst,
A scratch beneath a sheet of steel heartaches you gave,
When you left me to dye that September night,

Thoughts of that late night when you filled with our lust
With heated passion,
Aching to intertwine one with another,
Thoughts of our hands touching of each others holds what
We exploring of each other hearts,
What hurts you had been playing on my affection,

A strange hour running blue
Neither awake nor dead,
Jumps back to you in my head,
Thoughts of the heat of the anger you given me
In my bedroom I hold on to you with hopes and dreams
Of a new found September of true love,

We could had create, when our love
Turns from words to verbs,
Oh how this hurts to know you are holding on to old
Dreams of your past that you wanted to be set free from
You are still holding why you sleep and it is not me
Ocean-blue is all you given to me

Your gazing eyes of fright nights of your dangerous desires
My Dark Angel you became
I drift off to sleep,
These thoughts fade and melt into my dreams.
Lusting is consuming me.
Conspiracy a million watery ears beneath our skin of darkness we run,
We had something but now its of the past.
