Conspiracy Poem by Hannah Anderson

Conspiracy

This life is a conspiracy
trying to rob me
of everything good
hinting at this conspiracy

Hinting at a life i want
Hiding when i try to be me
And now i know
Its a conspiracy

The time is now
And we can't run
We have to break it
The time has come

The Penguins...the Penguins
they'll invade the young
posses their minds
make them numb

Next the old
wilting away
the ones who might die
the very next day

later the parents
who control our lives
they'll turn on us
words sharp as knives

but we're too strong
unless we fold
if we give into this horror
if we become cold.

Thankyou Hannah, Your title actually drew me in, and I'm glad it did. You have a very nice flow here. The story seems to be of everyone around you wanting to take your innocence away. Beautiful penmanship. I'm looking forward to more 10++
