Confusion Poem by Alyssa ArtsLover

Confusion

And here i am
Here again
Quiestioning the unknown
Inside me
Who I am

'What is to feel? '

And there you are
You are again
An empty shadow
Before me
Stealing my melancholy
I know you more than myself yet dont know you either

'To feel is to see'

And here we are
We are again
And i know who i am
And i know who you are
We are fallen drops of one blood flow
From a common sky
Percolating light beams of a tree shadowed moon
From a common night
We are the fragrance of a flower
From a secret garden
Petals of a bloom
The sun that makes our heart to overwhelm
By its golden shine-even if we mourn

We're elements of one time
Gates of a portal
And I feel the dimensions to unite

'To feel is to see'
The inner voice whispers
With hopeless sigh...In these words i can hardly believe

But this light..oh this light is swallowing my fate
I close my eyes to see through this gilded shape

I fear to see the truth
Or i fear to see the lie?
No matter if i open or close my eyes
The reality won't show its face
And now i draw this line

But im no longer me and you're no longer you
The fire of a desire consumes my mind
The flames of my fire stole your soul

And now i know...
With you there is no lie
And without you there is no truth

But then who are we?
And what it is that makes us to feel alive?
I have no clue
