excellent haiku Tiffany, because it does not try to cram too much into the verse. A good haiku gives the reader an impression of the emotion of the scene depicted. For me this created a strong image of the shore and isolation. Well done.

Tiffany, Haiku is an art of suggesting rather than showing. Its emotional power relies mainly on the skillful use of juxtaposed images and the mental room left to the reader's imagination and reflection. Your L3 leaves a little to the reader's imagination. Just a thought for you to use or lose.
