I don’t understand all your complexities
All your muses
All your clauses
Problems
Fears
Interjections

What are you so scared of?
Ignoring me in the street like I’m
Nothing more to you than a Stranger

A stranger is what you seem to me
So disastrously lost
Away from reality
You have such a strange perception of life

You believe that it’s easier to walk over me
Then again
What’s to say you know what you’re doing?
You are after all
The one I love
My vision is also clouded

When someone loves another
When someone tries
When they’re on the end of their tether
So desperate to be loved

Why is there always something to complicate it?
