Companions Poem by Ron Terry

Companions

They’re up and outside
With the morning sun,
They’re together so much
You’d think of them as one!

On school days & weekends
They’re always together,
Through all the seasons
No matter the time or weather.

They like showing off to friends
Putting ribbons in their hair,
Whether in school time competition
Or even at the County Fair.

From their very first day together
They are inseparable of course,
The love and friendship story
Of a Girl and her Horse!
