Common Sense, Or Not So Common? Poem by Macy (Nina) Dvirnak

Common Sense, Or Not So Common?

Rating: 5.0

If you possess,
An ignorant ear,
You will also possess,
Stumbling feet.

Likewise-
If sound advice,
You refuse to hear,
And you do not use
Some common sense,

Then, my friend, surely you
Shall taste defeat,
And you might
Feel embarassed all right

But you can give it to God, you see.
And be free from shame or lament.

So heed this warning!
It just common sense.p
