Come With Me Rolling Drifts Of Sand Poem by Lee B. Mack

Come With Me Rolling Drifts Of Sand

Rating: 5.0

We meet to drive international speedways
To the beach’s decorative catch bands of
Running waters -coastal borders
Rolling in sand’s broad sunlight –faded
Moon greets this day’s smile transparency
We lay facie-facie rolling axis’s pull
The rush of tides away
From where we lay
Pieces of dry lifeless shell excavate
Piles of watery sands to bury us together
In tombs of lover’s chumming stele
Shells delicate with age crumble beneath
The press we make with buttocks and belly
Mermaids and sea pimp fossil glade -build
No picnic places
Charms abound make us
Stay spiritually -center leaf basket covered
Sandwiches -melon cups to dine –jazz duet
Spirit forms of wine make all we have for
Shelter -all the peace that we could mine
Separating us from eyes that look the
Rolling sand’s for wash –meeting places
Mounds that still impress
Chosen in wishes that were mind.
