College Nostalgia Poem by Snigdha Sharma

College Nostalgia

Rating: 4.3

I wonder how real were those days and time
those hugs and talks and hearts divine,
that endless laughter brought tears to eyes
juggled bodies in parties juvenile.

Hours spent in canteen with effervescent smiles
innocence at its best, no place for the guile.
When that seat at the back was our undisputed right,
and in that rugged jeans we all took pride.

now bereft of all pleasures, in strife with the world,
the heart wishes to go back and embrace that beautiful life
day and night, I pine and whine;
blessed will be the day when the past comes alive!
