Cold World Poem by Priscilla Colon

Cold World

This cold world we live in, in which people are always dying, are always fighting an endless fight.
This cold world we live in, where people go hungry, and no one helps, they just watch it happen.
This cold world we live in, where we are still at war, yet we dont realize it's truly with ourselves, our demons.
This cold world we live in, just keeps getting colder, trying to survive, waiting for someone to make a change.
This cold world we live in, fighting to live, where people are killing her slowly, but surely, she waits to be saved, but all she sees is the end.

It's a metaphor for the world she is dying and watching everything that is happening now in days, and yes it is on us to change the world but many people dont see that way.
