Cold As Ice Poem by Margaret Moran

Cold As Ice

Cold as ice and stiff
As a poker I get when
The cold penetrates

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I know I am not alone when the cold penetrates. There are millions of people all over the world who know the story of the penetrating cold from their own personal experience of it. The up side of the story is that it makes the sunshine all the more welcome. It also reminds us to say THANKS BE TO GOD for the let up of the sunshine.
