Coffee Shop Poem by nick trager

Coffee Shop

What sweet smells lie here
Of coffee beans, bagels, and fresh pored cups
And then taking in a muffins tasty delight
Now knowing it was hand made in a ovens might
As I sip and munch on my soft sweet muffin
Then drinking some of heavens coffee with cream
Being lost in a world with these savory tastes
And thought with no end to it all
Then as you know I was wrong
Coming back into reality
With an empty cup and crumbs where my muffins spouse to be
Sad of what was gone but now thought
Of what any coffee major would think
At a time where his supply is out
We go up and ask Sam for another round
So now relax kick back and
Sip another mocha with a blue Barry muffin as well
