Clovers Poem by Robin Bennett

Clovers

Rating: 5.0

Take me to fields of green-
Where wishes hide,
I want to marry you,
Amongst the clovers-
Upon the hill.

I want to spend eternity,
Wrapped in blankets-
Of emerald green.
Floating on a platform,
of damp velvet pillows,
Each wrapping-
itself tightly and,
Caressing each curve-
Of my body.
You whisper,
' this is the beginning of forever. '
