Clouds - The Light Of Usher Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

Clouds - The Light Of Usher

Rating: 4.5

The morning breeze whispered
In my ears
To see the clouds and its colours.
Ohh..what a beautiful painting
Like some portraits in my imagination.

With the efficient use of brush
The colours are perfect.
Some colours were distinct
And some had melted.

But the portraits are only black and white
The clouds want some colours of life.

In the folds of different colour's shed
There are so many loves' waves.
So much joys and lovers' hurt
Make a rhythm in the heart.

If the clouds could say
What they see everyday
The untold stories of real heart
What they see from the above.

If the clouds could say like the rain,
The deaf feelings and the dumb pain
Could be vanish forever.
Clouds could bring the light of the usher.

Yes, to vanish the 'deaf feelings and the dumb pain', sometimes the clouds should 'bring the light of the usher'. A beautiful poem with true feelings in heart. Thanks for bringing about such a wonderful poem before us.

This poem is as beautiful as its Bangla version 'Mook Megher Jolchhobi'. It reflects your imaginative mind and sensitive heart.
