Clarity Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Clarity

She leaves the club lights
and walks away on Clarity
as she gazes down a starlit boulevard;

There's a homeless man
praying in a doorway;

Hip hop music plays
loudly from a Saturday night car.

Someone is in love
against all odds
of the universal sadness.
