Cinderella Poem by saroj dhiman

Cinderella

Rating: 5.0

Elder sister lazy
Younger one spoilt
Middle one had the tenacity
And worked fully for the family

Elder one thin
Younger one fat
Middle one the prettiest
And the one to dote on

Both went abroad
To come back as guests
Middle one looked after them
And never had a rest

Treated indifferently by parents
Taken for granted
Sweet words for the sisters
Middle one like unwanted

The long awaited Prince
Will never find this cinderella
So they will never be together
For ever and ever.

Yes, so often one misses out on love because of duty.. but then.. very few are blessed thus to be called to serve and the reward for such a noble duty is very great!
