Christmas In July Poem by Marilyn Lott

Christmas In July

Who says you have to have Christmas
Every single year in December?
Is there a rule or even a law?
If there is, I certainly don't remember.

So here at Spanish Cove we decided
We would have Christmas in July
We adorned our heads with Christmas hats
To create the holiday, oh my...

Decorations were simply everywhere
We sang Christmas Carol's too
Yes, we had Christmas in July
Do you think you would enjoy it too?
