Child Eater Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Child Eater

Child eater

These halves are the same
Not two parts of the apple
But of an orange and pear
The fighting Taliban, ISIS

One sold the white gold
Other's great black gold

Who?

And who buys their product?
And who sells them the gun?

Blames are cheap, look deep
Recall the American in Spain
Europeans turned Congolese
And soldiers in Persian Gulf
And fighters in Afghanistan
Furthermore Korea, Vietnam

All were part of deprived
Economically, brain wise

Mercenary to receive
That is plenty in ISIS

Sad though it is

As child of the revolution
I have painful experience
Now poster/book change
Later revolutions devour
Their very dear children
Look at Soviet's October.

Experience is just an experience, it is painful, you can get pleasure if you think so.
