Change The Channel Poem by Bron Dayvid

Change The Channel

Teenage love is television in its simplest form
Doesn’t always last long but when the lights are on they perform
But what happens when you begin to truly like this special show
New emotions that you never have experienced and u afraid to show
The commitment is complementary and the ratings r sky high
But this is no cartoon this is a documentary and when it’s cancelled we wonder why
I love that show I learned so much from that show
And I still have feelings for it the world will never know so
What’s on next you ask? We’ll have to wait and see
Only time will tell and when the time comes will I be ready to see
Ready to watch a brand new series I miss the old episodes
Though they abandon me in a time of need I still can’t let it go
I laughed… I cried… this show was a part of my heart that has now died
But I have to change the channel there are plenty of other shows
You ended it all and I hope you are happy with the results u chose
