Chance Poem by Ahmad Abubakar

If I have the chance,
to be a rich man,
wealthy ofcourse,
religious concious,
nationalist indeed,
highly intellectual,
amongst the elite class,
may be title holder,
I will use my resources,
my position, my brain,
to be with the masses,
the poor ofcourse,
to feel what the feel,
hardship and poverty,
my wealth will be for them,
I will help all hospitals,
schools will be up to standard,
all teachers will laugh,
beggers will no longer beg,
vocational work they will do,
thiefs will be in history,
contented they will be,
Robbers will not use force,
they will be like Rubber,
twisted any how,
transformed to be pure,
as I am religious leader,
dissiminete peace for all,
'we should be equal together,
no matter what we practice,
it is not the inner that tells,
but body, we looks the same,
difference should be forgotten,
'I'm rich, you are poor',
'I'm 'A' you are 'B',
my intellects will guide me,
coalescing others advice,
the nation should be a room,
a shelter for all to live in,
my brothers I will get the chance,
and one day things will change.
