... Certainty



earth's spinning on its own
tree standing alone
grass crawling along
river flowing gentle but strong
rain falling settling
where it belongs
bird flying to its home

i heard cry; baby is born
lips kiss a new bloom
dew drops a silent boom
i smile to see glowing east
my heart rejoicing with feast
but where are you
you're the one i miss
