Cats Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Cats

Cats

I've had cats
The first one was as child
"She cried for you...why? "
Shouted our grandma
(Upset and angry...)
"You should've taken her."
She advised.
Though cat then, was free animals, was a cat
She would come eat with us
She would go catch a rat
Climb trees unlike dogs
Cats and dog had their fights.
That was that.
Normal cat did just that.

Then again in city
Limited to a house; to a room
Cat was mouse
Unable and afraid
But silly like a child
And spoiled

But this cat
Eyes brown like an owl's
Pupil not a line, fully round
Her breasts two like goat
(Unlike cats'; buttons, pink)
On knuckle rests her chin
She is wild
I'm afraid she may jump
She may bite
Like black jaguar

Shiny lips and makeup
No mustache
She's plucked; skin's soft
She is a scary sweet cat; jaguar.
