Cars Whizzing Past Poem by Margaret Moran

Cars Whizzing Past

The noisy sounds as
If rushing through the air pose
For what is such speed

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Of course, speed does have great benefits. It is often a life saver in
emergency situations. It gives us ready access to needed facilities. But we need to use it well. We also need to reflect on this from time to time in order to keep our focus on quality of life and the lasting peace that brings us the happiness we were created for.
