Hunter cat,
Have you made your catch?
She was in the meadow,
Sweet as can be, this beautiful ting.
Sleeping peacefully, was she/
When She woke, kissed her,
You did. Tender white flesh,
lips of dazzling ruby.
What a beauty!

Little maiden,
Have you made your catch?
He was there int the meadow,
Dangerous as should be.
Hunting you, was he?
When you woke, kissed you,
Did he? Dark, loving man,
Tongue of danger,
What a mystery!

poet Sarah Flower Adams

O Love! thou makest all things even
In earth or heaven;
Finding thy way through prison-bars
Up to the stars;
Or, true to the Almighty plan,
That out of dust created man,
