I sing that
Canzone per lo spirito
That will wake up
My spirit
That was sleeping for so long
And at the same time I believe that
My spirit had 13 hours of sleep
Last night

Helps me to bring back the energy that I need

Music and singing certainly does seem to raise one's spirits. Great poem. But thirteen hours of sleep? Wow!
