Cannot Find The Words



I cannot find the words
For what I feel inside
I cannot explain it
I cannot describe
How much it hurts
How much it strains
On my conscience
And on my pride
I want to scream
I want to cry
Sometimes all I want
Is to run and hide
But I can't escape
I can't evade
The many voices
Running through my brain
