Cannibal Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Cannibal

Cannibal

I must be a cannibal
Started from her child
Then her:
-breast?
-womb?
-genital?
That is where her child was…

Then devoured her raw
-skin to the bone
-every layer
-veins and nerves

Now a culprit
-having committed the crime
-need the blessing of the judge
-who, actually is worse than am I

I ate the sprouting onion
-green first
-the rest next
