Do you ever crave
an answer as to why we need to roam this
sometimes unfair existence
we've known as Earth,
do you sometimes find it's truly hard to
keep maintenance up with your sliding self-worth?

In your head,
do you recap regretful words you have said,
do you say to yourself it's too late to clear this here
unwanted plate?
Do you feel you heart
begin to pound, does your body inform you that you seriously need to slow down,
did your love-ones already tell you this, and you just didn't
hear a sound?

There is a lot more to this single word, the word being stress, it can and will make your life a total mess!

Do you feel that there's far too much that you must do,
unless you are ready for that breakdown,
I suggest you take the road that will be the chance-road to heal you.

The road to recovery is never
ever smooth,
the rocky parts are what will help you win and not lose,
it's all up to you,
your the only one who can choose.
