We live in hope by saving grace
With Jesus to abide
To see one day our Father’s face
Beyond the great divide
But is The Lord in constant view?
Is Christ our chosen way?
Is righteousness in all we do?
And everything we say
When claiming Truth has set us free
God’s Spirit dwells within
Can friends and neighbours truly see?
The Way life’s crown’s to win
To God this world’s of grave concern
Her children’s souls are dear
Thus Jesus died that all may turn
And live by faith whilst here
For here is where our growth begins
And here is where we die
Here we turn from wayward sins
Before we multiply
For just like seedlings in the earth
Our flesh must death pursue
That that within be given birth
And rise to life anew
For though we travel death’s dark vale
We venture not in vain
The power of God will never fail
To raise us up again
Regard no treasure sacrificed
Suffer this world of strife
Beholding always Jesus Christ
The One True Way to life
