Camel Teeth - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Camel Teeth - Lincoln Park Zoo

I'm a camel in public view,
So I want to flash a nice smile,
At home here in Lincoln Park Zoo.
Good teeth hygiene is just good style.
Now chewing cud does leave a lot
Of particles stuck in my teeth.
I don't want any tooth to rot,
But it's hard to brush underneath.
One time in a spit, I did dump
A molar that flew through the air.
It got tangled up in my hump.
Don't want another dental scare.

There's nothing worse than a tooth loss,
So as I chew plants, I do floss.
