California, California

California is a great state
It is land of fruits and nuts
It is land of the past and future
From the gold rush
to the space age
it is large
it is huge
it stretches from fabulous San Diego
to exotic San Francisco
from Mexico in the south
to Oregon in the north
it offers lot of fun
nice weather and recreation
great places for visits and vacations
from lake Tahoe
to Yosemite park
from Mojave desert
to the Sierra mountains
from inland desert
to Pacific coast
it has lot of people diversity
great learning centers and universities
it is famous for Hollywood and movies
amusement parks and Disneyland
So California, California
here we come

So late into the night,
Though the heart still be as loving,
And the moon still be as bright.
