Can you feel the fire
Do you feel the rage
Can you feel the demon
You have trapped and caged
He longs for freedom
He loathes the light
He longs for darkness
He longs for a fight
He has to break free
He will someday
He wants to be free
To kill someday
He lives inside us
Inside us all
Waiting for a chance
When we fall
When we let him go
He’s much to strong
When he is released
And our sanity is gone
When he can seize the moment
When the shadow grows strong
When he can feel the moment
When he knows where he belongs
Inside our hearts
Inside our souls
When he finally wins
He’ll finally take control
When darkness rules
Deep in the night
Do you fear the moment
Will you put up a fight
Learn to control
The demons inside
He’s there in your soul
Don’t let him hide…..
