Caged Poem by Viola Grey

Caged

Rating: 4.3

Show me that smile
I long to devour,
licking lips hover
for just one kiss.
Hungry, my eyes,
searching your face
awaiting one glance
to cage me alive.
Perched on a promise,
I sing for you.
Throw me a wink,
clip my wings,
tether me home
and make me yours.

it is a secret feeding watching someone until they catch your glance, none of us are as young as when we are thinking about the mess of love, the fact that you have to learn truth very tenderly, this is coy sunshine, thanks

PH played up when I voted (like it always does and it drives me nuts sometimes) and a 9 went through - I meant for this to be a well-deserved 10! Mark

Throw me a wink, clip my wings, tether me home and make me yours. - That made me smile, what a wonderful way to put it. I love how you play with words, you truly make them your own
