Since golden days of legends reigned supreme,
Immortal poems tell amazing stories,
And so we marvel in a childish dream
At fairy tales of everlasting glories.
As 'Fortune's whim produced a perfect cast,
One proud son of virtue and desire
Crossed Rubicon to leave behind the past
And make the future ours to sire.
His legions conquered Fate by roman swords,
His jorneys challenge eager minds forever,
His name for ages will inspire this world
To follow paths from courage to endeavor.
   He crested summit no one could surpass;
   Hail mighty Caesar! I salute you thus!
