Butterflies Poem by Jewel Edwards

Butterflies

Rating: 4.8

Those fluttering bundles of color.

Those sparkling elegant wings.

But there's only one thing thats caused trouble.

Is when those butterflies get inside me.

My head starts a spinning and throbbing.

My stomach chuns in pain.

Yet this whole thing is kinda funny.

Because I know it means I'm in love again.

The persons not there, yet im blushing.

Every kind words like a kick.

I try to stop my smile from running.

I feel terribly sick.

Those fluttering bundles of color.

Those spakrling elegant wings.

But there's only one thing thats caused trouble.

Is when those butterflies get inside me.

A beautiful piece of poetry, well articulated and subtly penned from the heart. A nice poem indeed. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL.
