Business Closed Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Business Closed

A peaceful march
It was planned
Authorities they thought
Will realize their folly
And yield to the demands
It did not happen

Both parties thought
Each was right
Mediation failed
Solution interrupted
And emotions flared
Violence erupted

Business was closed
Never to open.

The closing of a factory is like a divorce. Always messy. A good write.
