Bursting

To that wonderful feel called spirit

This wonder that's called spirit
She tugs at me quite true
And if she's not in season
My feel is so quite blue
I know there must be laughter
To ease away the pain
But when things are so joyous
The spirit she visits again

This wonder that's called spirit
She fights me when I'm low
Though left alone to ponder
Sometimes she makes me glow
In fact there must be solace
In knowing she's around
At times when I neglect her
She fights me to the ground

This wonder that's called spirit
She unfolds worth inside
In fact she pleads within me
To let go time abide
But when she is so constant
I feel so high and ride
To keep her close within me
I bind her well inside
